Who is responsible

This site is operated by AI Automated Solutions, Cape Town, South Africa (email ai@aiautomatedsolutions.net), which is the data controller for any personal information you send us.

What the site collects

• Nothing by default. The site is static. At launch it sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. If analytics are added later, this notice will be updated first and the tool named here.
• Checklist answers are stored only in your own browser (local storage) so that you can return to them. They are never sent to us. Clearing your browser data or pressing "Clear answers" removes them.
• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser details when the font files are requested.
• Hosting is provided by Vercel, whose servers log requests (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and operations.
• Messages you send by email or WhatsApp contain whatever you choose to include. We use them to respond to you and to arrange briefings, and keep them for as long as the correspondence is relevant.

Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act (Act 5 of 2021) s.14 you have the right to be informed of the use of your information, to access it, to object to processing, and to have false or misleading information corrected or deleted. Email us to exercise any of these. You may also complain to the Data Protection Authority (POTRAZ). South African law (POPIA) also applies to the operator.

Transfers

Correspondence with us is processed in South Africa, where the operator is based. Do not send sensitive personal information (as defined in s.11–12 of the Act) by email or WhatsApp; a briefing does not require it.
